Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related role.
- Meaningful ownership of cross-functional GTM work.
- Functional SQL competency.
- Strong Salesforce experience.
- Experience with enterprise project or implementation management tooling (e.g., Taskray).
- Hands-on use of generative AI to improve work and reduce manual effort.
- Ability to develop a point of view and drive initiatives end-to-end without a predefined roadmap.
- Ability to communicate effectively from frontline operational detail to VP-level strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work across frontline teams and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, operational problems, and own initiatives from problem definition through rollout.
- Diagnose funnel performance, design and run growth programs, and reduce workflows limiting AE and BDR/SDR productivity.
- Improve Time-to-Go-Live, consultant productivity, and capacity planning across twelve retail business categories.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for cross-functional partners in Business Technology, Analytics, and Enablement.
- Leverage AI tools in workflows and partner with engineering to automate effort and improve field productivity.
