Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data quality, CRM operations, or a closely related field.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, CRM processes, operational workflows, and business data standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle factual, logical, structural, and presentation issues.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly through concise, structured written feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently while exercising sound professional judgment.
- Master’s degree or higher is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other work products against established, domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, rigor, consistency, and practical relevance within data quality and CRM operations contexts.
- Identify factual, analytical, formatting, presentation, and other quality-related errors or inconsistencies.
- Apply professional expertise to determine whether AI-generated outputs meet expected standards and business requirements.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain consistency and objectivity when evaluating different outputs and assignments.
- Use your experience in data quality and CRM operations to identify issues that may not be apparent through automated evaluation alone.
