Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or solution development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Java, or cloud-hosted applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, application integrations, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions with measurable ROI.
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor within a software product development organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to work with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and lead initiatives without direct management authority.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, RAG solutions, operational automation platforms, and internal productivity tools.
- Develop and maintain modern software solutions across multiple enterprise application and kiosk ecosystems.
- Build and maintain integrations between applications, REST APIs, databases, cloud services, payment platforms, and third-party technologies.
- Identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Serve as a senior technical resource during customer meetings, enterprise architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Create technical demonstrations, ROI models, implementation frameworks, and migration strategies.
- Support deployment, fulfillment, and onboarding teams through diagnostics, automation, and operational tooling.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance, contribute to architecture reviews, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, system design, and AI-augmented development practices.
