Job Details

5+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
Fluent in SQL and comfortable with Python or TypeScript.
Experience with production modern data stacks including warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), dbt, and Reverse ETL (Hightouch, Census).
Deep expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot schema design and sync logic.
Working knowledge of GTM tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Proven production experience deploying LLMs and AI agents in GTM workflows.
Strong discovery instincts to translate stakeholder needs into technical workflows.
Process-oriented thinking for mapping human and automated handoffs.
Strong sense of security, governance, and data risk management.
Self-directed ability to define processes and ship v1 products independently.

Run discovery with revenue leaders to identify time sinks and design effective solutions.
Architect the GTM data layer using Snowflake as the source of truth, dbt for modeling, and Reverse ETL for activation.
Design and build AI agents for account research, ICP scoring, deal intelligence, and lead routing.
Deploy LLMs and agents into GTM workflows where they provide concrete business value.
Wire systems together via APIs, webhooks, and custom code.
Build signal pipelines that capture buying intent and trigger automated actions.
Implement governance layers including permissions, audit trails, and access controls.
Build evaluation harnesses to measure pipeline generation and rep hours saved.
Codify patterns as reusable skills and document architecture for team continuity.
