Requirements
- 5+ years building production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or agents.
- Experience with tool use, function calling, structured outputs, and multi-step orchestration.
- Proven track record of making LLMs reliable in production.
- Experience building or owning evaluation harnesses for agents.
- Strong instincts for prompt and context engineering.
- Solid software fundamentals including testing and observability.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with an ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the agent harness and orchestration that turns an LLM into a reliable autonomous pentester.
- Design the tools and tool-shaped feedback the agent uses to probe and exploit.
- Develop structured-output and validation layers to ensure agent reliability.
- Translate offensive expertise into repeatable agent capabilities.
- Own and grow evaluation infrastructure, including benchmark suites and failure-mode taxonomy.
- Manage LLM inference in production, including model selection and cost/latency control.
- Maintain production-safety and eliminate false positives in agent reporting.
