Requirements
- 5-6+ years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products.
- Tenured experience working in a startup environment characterized by ownership, agility, and innovation.
- Proficiency with the company's tech stack (Node/Express, Python/Django) or similar.
- Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude.
- Strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Low ego and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance, secure, and scalable client, clinician, and internal user-facing applications.
- Architect and integrate new frameworks and technologies to improve software quality.
- Collaborate across the stack to enhance and optimize systems with new features and stability improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate workflows and needs into seamless applications.
- Define a best-in-class therapeutic experience through technical architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical planning decisions.
- Lead code reviews, testing, and system architecture to elevate technical excellence.
