- 3+ years of healthcare related legal work experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
- Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
- Ability to provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a focus on enabling business growth while maintaining compliance.
- Experience in B2B partnership landscape preferred.
- Background in digital health contracting preferred.
- Digital and privacy experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and enterprise agreements including MSAs, BAAs, reseller, referral, and vendor agreements.
- Advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnership arrangements to support D2C care model expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and business development teams.
- Negotiate marketing, sponsorship, and affiliate agreements with influencers and third-party wellness platforms.
- Partner with sales and operations to design and operationalize new partnership frameworks.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to align contractual commitments with service delivery.
- Provide legal guidance on data privacy, information security, and healthcare regulatory compliance including HIPAA and FTC laws.
- Monitor and interpret evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting digital health and mental health parity.
