Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare related legal work experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
- Active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
- Experience in the B2B partnership landscape, including EAPs and health plans.
- Strong ability to provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset focused on enabling business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in hybrid D2C and B2B services or digital health platforms.
- Preferred: Experience with digital and privacy law.
Responsibilities
- Support B2B teams by drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, reseller, and vendor contracts.
- Advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnership arrangements to expand the D2C care model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, and engineering.
- Negotiate marketing, sponsorship, and affiliate agreements, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.
- Design and operationalize new partnership frameworks in alignment with legal, business, and technical requirements.
- Ensure contractual commitments are supported by product functionality and service delivery standards.
- Provide legal guidance on data privacy, information security, and healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, FTC, and state laws.
