Requirements
- Experience in pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management within UK retail banking, fintech, or high-paced consumer finance.
- Highly analytical with hands-on experience using data to drive commercial decisions.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis or visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, or Python.
- Experience using Jupyter.
- Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strong narrative-building skills to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Thrive in a product-led, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance against commercial targets and diagnose drivers of deposit movements.
- Analyze pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to optimize the trade-off between growth and profitability.
- Size and model the commercial impact of strategic initiatives to support planning cycles.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, and Product squads to provide clarity on pricing and balance sheet impacts.
- Build, maintain, and improve core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
- Lead competitor and macroeconomic analysis to recommend agile pricing adjustments.
