Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program evaluation, research, performance measurement, or data analysis.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts.
- Preferred: Previous VA, VHA, healthcare, or behavioral health experience.
- Preferred: Experience developing performance measures, reports, dashboards, or program improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement program evaluation activities and performance measures.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.
- Analyze evaluation data and identify trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop performance reports, assessments, briefings, and recommendations.
- Communicate findings to Government stakeholders and support integration into program strategies.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss progress, priorities, and evaluation initiatives.
