Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, and aggregations.
- Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and improve productivity.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas and automated workflows.
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with high independence.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for identifying and resolving problems.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive programs forward with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries using CTEs, window functions, and data transformations to identify actionable trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive processes.
- Identify and mitigate program risks by developing mitigation plans and driving issues toward resolution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal stakeholders to define requirements and deliver program objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with strong organizational and communication standards.
