Requirements
- 6–8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in technical product roles and experience owning a product area or leading a product function.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software end-to-end, from initial concept and validation through production launch.
- Strong technical fluency, including the ability to work with data and SQL and use low-code tools or light scripting to prototype and validate product concepts.
- A hands-on, highly adaptable operator mindset with a willingness to take ownership of cross-functional tasks.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, technical architecture considerations, and the ability to make informed product and technical trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence and stakeholder management abilities required to influence senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to translate customer feedback, field observations, and business needs into well-defined product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, translating enterprise customer needs, market signals, and organizational priorities into a clear and sequenced product plan.
- Partner closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to drive technical delivery, remove blockers, fill execution gaps, and ensure products move successfully from concept to launch.
- Rapidly prototype new features and solutions using mockups, specifications, low-code tools, or working proofs of concept to validate customer value and reduce development risk.
- Create clear product requirements documents, define success metrics and KPIs, and prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Balance investment in scalable platform capabilities with customer-specific and forward-deployed product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, Sales, and customers to translate complex technical concepts and field insights into actionable product decisions.
- Present product strategy, plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership while maintaining alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
- Build and develop the product management function over time, establishing effective practices and mentoring product managers as the organization scales.
