Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience, ideally selling medical capital equipment, software, or complex healthcare technology.
- Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or other complex healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, generate pipeline, and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish credibility with both clinical and executive-level customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned order and revenue targets while supporting a profitable mix of products and services.
- Develop account-specific technology and capital replacement plans aligned with customer priorities and budgeting cycles.
- Lead opportunity strategy from qualification through proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure.
- Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers through outreach, meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Generate leads through consistent prospecting, whitespace analysis, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Service, Marketing, and Finance to support customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
