Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of account management or comparable B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships, retaining accounts, growing revenue, and achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong experience selling SaaS solutions with understanding of consultative selling and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, reporting, and business communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, discovery, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel (estimated less than 15%).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customer accounts, serving as the primary business point of contact and building trusted relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to increase product adoption, demonstrate value, and support customer business objectives.
  • Identify at-risk accounts, diagnose retention barriers, and coordinate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes.
  • Drive renewals and expansion by developing growth plans, managing sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing upsells.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurate revenue forecasts toward established targets.
  • Research customer organizations to provide relevant, consultative recommendations based on their business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate account information and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
