Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, account management, or sales position.
- Experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Previous experience developing and managing market channel relationships.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Shopify, Shipmonk, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and perform operational duties with a customer-centric focus.
- Respond to and distribute customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Place inbound and pending orders on behalf of Business Development Managers.
- Address customer needs and concerns in tandem with Business Development Managers.
- Manage the partner onboarding process for the Growth Partner Platform.
- Utilize Salesforce daily to track information and record sales activity.
- Handle operational tasks including order cancellations, reships, and invoice requests.
- Collaborate with BDMs to identify opportunities for account growth and engagement.
