Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, accounting, or budgeting.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Oracle Projects.
- Experience evaluating systems of internal control and strengthening financial governance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical software.
- Demonstrated experience developing and preparing capital and operating budgets.
- Strong understanding of general ledger and accounts payable processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers to track and manage spending for large-scale startup and capital projects.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to analyze financial and operational data.
- Manage the complete project reporting lifecycle using Oracle Projects and financial KPIs.
- Design and deliver financial and operational reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Oracle ERP.
- Monitor profitability targets and evaluate return on invested capital.
- Translate pricing models into operational forecasts and budgets.
- Oversee the authority-for-expenditure process and develop KPI reporting tools.
- Identify variances, risks, and opportunities to improve financial oversight.
