Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business process design, operations leadership, strategic planning, or operational transformation.
- Strong understanding of auction execution, including sale-day, post-sale, and client support operations.
- Proven experience in client experience or front-office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution across multi-site operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-case development skills.
- Experience developing operational metrics, performance insights, and improvement roadmaps.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups without direct reporting authority.
- Strong executive presence with confidence presenting complex strategies to leadership.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and analysis for inside operations, shaping client experiences and developing scenarios for investment decisions.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Develop sequenced, time-bound roadmaps covering people, process, and technology improvements.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to design scalable capabilities, automation, and digital self-service solutions.
- Build business cases and conduct operational analyses focused on labor efficiency, throughput, and revenue protection.
- Define success metrics for modernization initiatives and monitor performance.
- Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to drive objectives.
- Influence diverse operational and shared service teams without direct authority.
- Support change adoption through clear messaging and guidance.
- Manage multiple strategic workstreams with competing priorities.
