Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management.
- 3+ years of experience delivering projects.
- Experience using data to improve programs.
- Experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Experience defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation, and developing processes for enterprise-wide program rollout.
- Experience managing vendor integrations and external technology partnerships.
- Master's Degree (preferred).
- PMP or Program Management Certifications (preferred).
- Lean/Six Sigma Certifications (preferred).
- Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
- Create project plans, manage stakeholder engagement, and facilitate cross-functional relationships.
- Mitigate edge cases to ensure on-time project completion.
- Evaluate departmental performance by gathering and analyzing data.
- Assist in the development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for change management.
- Oversee and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
