Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
  • Proven professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or a closely related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Strong account management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • General understanding of the gaming industry and its evolving creator and influencer ecosystem.
  • Experience with mobile gaming or influencer marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, dedication, and creative thinking, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership of client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as a reliable point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, creative projects, production initiatives, and community strategy programs.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key account stakeholders and understand their business needs, priorities, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions and campaigns are delivered successfully, on time, and to the expected quality standards.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance and support the preparation of quarterly, campaign, and account performance reports.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts and areas where additional services could generate value.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Directors on commercial discussions, negotiations, agreements, and closing opportunities.
  • Assist with forecasting, tracking key account metrics, and maintaining accurate account status information.
