Requirements
- English and Chinese proficiency sufficient to independently conduct business negotiations.
- Hands-on experience negotiating and closing distribution agreements across multiple international markets.
- Ability to work from CET+1 or a more easterly time zone with overlap with Asian markets.
- Strong understanding of margins and unit economics.
- Confident command of Excel or Google Sheets for commercial calculations and reporting.
- Readiness to handle operational account management including invoicing and document flow.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing distributors and B2B partners including marketplaces and retail chains.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across target international regions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply conditions.
- Manage contract execution, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related documentation.
- Calculate and monitor margins by partner and region to maintain healthy unit economics.
- Coordinate with the legal team on distributor agreements and commercial contracts.
- Monitor markets and competitors and report on sales pipeline and financial performance.
