Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service-oriented roles
- Quota carrying experience preferred
- Experience responding to inbound leads, working toward goals, or supporting a sales process preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
- Comfort working a fixed weekly schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) that includes regular weekend and/or evening hours
- Ability to work Pacific Time working hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to responsiveness and follow-through
- Natural empathy and customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
- Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
- Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
- Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
- Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
- Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members
