Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred (preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance).
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Inside sales, relationship management, or client service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to influence and motivate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with high-level, busy professionals.
- Must be highly flexible and confidential with all matters.
- Weekend availability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop quality sales opportunities.
- Handle lead generation programs, call campaigns, and strategies to acquire new clients.
- Engage clients through inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls, email, and other approved media.
- Engage prospective clients by building trusting relationships with a high degree of integrity and personal accountability.
- Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Participate in an open-communication environment within a busy team.
