Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience in corporate or government security programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in management, coordination, and contribution to multiple security risk management projects across diverse geographies.
- Proven track record in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development within professional services.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player with strong professional ethics.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Active involvement in security organizations such as ASIS or ISMA (preferred).
- Professional credentials like CPP, PSP, or PE (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational sales efforts aligned with regional strategies, leveraging Value Selling principles and Funnel Management.
- Design and implement technical solutions for clients, including security risk management, security design, threat violence risk management, protective intelligence, and investigations.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through effective communication, thought leadership, and responsive support.
- Establish credibility with clients to apply enterprise risk management practices across sectors like energy, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.
- Maintain technical expertise by performing billable work and delivering high-quality outputs.
