Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, or operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or operational startups.
- Strong program and project management capability.
- Ability to identify risks and resolve execution challenges in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical capability including dashboard reporting, KPI tracking, and resource forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level updates.
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to standardize processes.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in data centers, fiber, or infrastructure preferred.
- Experience with union labor environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of new market launch activities, including planning, scheduling, readiness reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive launch planning and execution across HR, Recruiting, Finance, PMO, Safety, Quality, IT, Procurement, Fleet, Legal, and Operations.
- Track launch deliverables, escalate risks, and resolve execution challenges.
- Support new markets through stabilization and facilitate transition to long-term operations teams.
- Develop market assessments, labor studies, competitive analyses, and growth opportunity evaluations.
- Maintain launch dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare executive updates.
- Strengthen launch processes and contribute to the Emerging Markets Playbook.
