Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in corporate or government security programs.
- Experience managing, coordinating, and delivering multiple security risk management initiatives.
- Proven experience in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of security risk management and ability to design solutions for complex environments.
- Proven ability to work with senior client stakeholders.
- Advanced presentation, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational sales initiatives aligned with regional market strategies using value-selling and funnel management.
- Develop and implement security risk management, design, threat and violence risk management, protective intelligence, and investigation solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through strategic advice, thought leadership, and service delivery.
- Translate complex client needs into practical, scalable security risk and resilience solutions.
- Maintain approximately 40–50% billable utilization through hands-on technical consulting.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share expertise and foster an innovative culture.
