Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
- Proven track record of closing sales, managing 25+ accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Ability to assess client environments from business, organizational, and technological perspectives.
- Experience managing complex strategic sales and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for a global corporate environment.
- Proficiency in industry-leading sales methodologies, Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, problem-solving abilities, and proactive collaboration skills.
- Must be able to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
- Completion of required Dun & Bradstreet certifications.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing strong relationships with an established portfolio.
- Maintain existing revenue streams through renewals and expand business through strategic up-selling and cross-selling.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiation, contracting, and internal approvals.
- Navigate complex deal management, including the alignment of multiple decision-makers and products.
- Perform comprehensive account planning and coordinate with internal sales resources.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate data in Salesforce to meet annual quota objectives.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams to improve retention rates via business reviews and win-back campaigns.
- Partner with pre-sales support to deliver compelling client proposals.
