- Strong background in Australian tax compliance.
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting and taxation practices.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable.
- Leadership or team mentoring experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete Australian tax compliance and accounting work.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related compliance requirements.
- Ensure all work is accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines.
- Handle client correspondence and assist with client queries when required.
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Identify and resolve issues with minimal guidance.
- Support and mentor junior team members as the team grows.
- Take on potential team leadership responsibilities in the future.
