Responsibilities
- Learn the Casper rating process and the systems, timelines, and quality checks involved.
- Execute recurring rating operations accurately and on schedule from preparation to completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for raters to answer questions and resolve common issues.
- Monitor rating activity and investigate, document, and resolve operational issues independently.
- Maintain clear and accurate process documentation.
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, or manual steps to improve process efficiency.
- Apply AI, automation, and other tools to simplify and scale recurring work.
