Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong background in C# / ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL.
- Proficiency in React or Angular.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment on Azure.
- Demonstrated commitment to AI-native practices and agentic delivery models.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tooling like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong ability to coach on prompt engineering and AI output evaluation.
- Proven experience partnering with product and business stakeholders in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across all experience levels.
- Own team delivery commitments, ensuring features and bug fixes meet quality standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder prioritization.
- Maintain technical engagement through architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
- Monitor team metrics including velocity, incident trends, and CI/CD pipeline health.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and uphold AI development standards.
