Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
- Proven experience leading product initiatives end-to-end, preferably with user-facing AI.
- Exceptional grasp of TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one modern web framework and client-side rendering technique.
- Strong UI and product instincts with a focus on inclusive and accessible experiences.
- Experience in architecture and performance optimization, including troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Ability to use monitoring and testing tools to evaluate performance improvements.
- Comfort working full stack in Python when needed.
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team and product managers to bring ideas to life, specifically focusing on AI-powered features.
- Mentor and grow web engineers across the organization.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI feature development and tool use.
- Contribute to increasing the maturity of the front-end tech strategy and stack.
