Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CTP, or CFA designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance roles.
- Experience within a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial modeling, and liquidity planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FP&A and leadership to develop long-term financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial systems, processes, and forecasting methodologies.
- Oversee accounts payable performance to ensure timely payments and improve vendor relationships.
- Execute working capital optimization projects to improve cash conversion cycles.
