Requirements
- 3-5 years in business or operations roles.
- Hands-on ownership of hardware logistics or commercial contract management.
- Startup experience in a Series A or B environment.
- Systems thinking ability with a focus on process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling for workflow automation.
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with limited structure and define processes independently.
- Management consulting or investment banking experience is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as medical device, IVD, or health tech, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the camera supply chain from factory to activated device, including demand forecasting and manufacturing partner management.
- Stand up the US service function, including designing repair, replacement, and loaner unit processes.
- Partner with sales on commercial terms, draft and redline contracts, and manage outside counsel to drive deals to signature.
- Design and shape commercial contract structures for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices.
- Build contracting machinery, including reusable templates, workflow tooling, and signing authority routing.
- Draft internal policies and SOPs to close operational gaps.
- Implement automation using AI tooling to eliminate manual tasks.
