Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business or operations roles.
- Hands-on ownership of hardware logistics or commercial contract management.
- Startup experience in Series A or B environments.
- Systems thinking mindset with a focus on process automation.
- Proficiency in using AI tooling to build or automate workflows.
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in environments with limited structure and define processes independently.
- Management consulting or investment banking experience is a plus.
- Experience in medical device, IVD, or hardware-based health tech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end camera supply chain from factory to activated device, including demand forecasting and manufacturing partner coordination.
- Design and establish the US camera servicing function, including repair processes, replacement workflows, and uptime monitoring.
- Partner with sales to draft, redline, and manage commercial contracts and agreements for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices.
- Develop and maintain reusable contracting templates, workflow tooling, and signing authority playbooks.
- Draft internal policies and SOPs to address operational gaps and scale the function through automation.
- Secure necessary data rights within commercial contracts to support the AI roadmap.
