Requirements
- 7+ years of operational, program, or project management in high-velocity environments.
- Background in engineering or industrial engineering (degree or substantial equivalent experience).
- Advanced proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Mastery of capacity planning, including workload balancing and resource forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational skills backed by systems thinking.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and metric tracking.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and foster clarity in uncertain conditions.
- Strong ability to develop, implement, and train teams on complex SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed quarterly and annual operational plans, roadmaps, and capacity forecasts.
- Manage project delivery, track progress against commitments, and drive rapid decision-making.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecast needs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Set clear expectations, conduct 1:1s, and provide feedback to drive team performance.
- Maintain transparent, data-driven reporting on operational health and risks.
- Develop, document, and train team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
