Requirements
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong technical accounting foundation including US GAAP.
- Experience leading complex monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes.
- Experience in a high-growth, public company, or public-company-ready environment.
- Proven people leadership and team development experience.
- Experience improving accounting operations through technology, automation, and process redesign.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite, Workiva, or similar ERP and reporting platforms.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools to accounting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
- Lead the annual financial statement audit and quarterly review processes.
- Own the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead technical accounting research and implementation for complex transactions under US GAAP.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accountants.
- Evaluate and design scalable accounting processes and internal controls.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and other business leaders.
