Requirements
- Proven track record of taking complex B2B or vertical SaaS products from ambiguous problems through to launch and measurable adoption.
- Experience leading and coaching product managers while remaining directly involved in customer interaction and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to ship AI products integrated into real workflows with proven commercial results.
- Deep understanding of multi-location, brick-and-mortar operations in industries like pet care, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or retail.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding customer value, monetization, margin, and market opportunity.
- Experience working closely with a founder to turn broad directions into clear product priorities and execution plans.
- High agency, intellectual honesty, and extreme accountability for business outcomes.
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks such as creating workflow diagrams, writing PRDs, and conducting customer calls.
Responsibilities
- Understand multi-location pet care operations to drive product outcomes like revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Build AI-powered agents focused on generating demand, conversion, and customer retention within operational workflows.
- Lead and coach PMs across the product portfolio, establishing priorities, quality standards, and accountability.
- Step into high-stakes or ambiguous initiatives to conduct customer discovery, map workflows, and drive execution.
- Make critical trade-offs and remove blockers to ensure products move from launch through to adoption and measurable impact.
