Requirements
- Must currently reside in Latin America, the Caribbean, or the Philippines.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing, ideally B2C sales over the phone.
- Strong sales instincts and phone presence.
- Ability to guide conversations, handle objections, and build trust.
- Clear spoken and written English proficiency.
- Self-driven, results-focused, and emotionally steady.
- Highly coachable and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Reliable home setup that supports work requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and strong follow-through.
- Guide families through cremation options, helping them make a confident decision when possible and ensuring thoughtful follow-up.
- Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across phone, text, and email.
- Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows that improve the overall customer experience.
- Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
- Move fluently across our stack including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, and Slack.
