Requirements
- Hands-on experience within a cold email agency, lead generation company, or outbound sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of cold email strategy, inbox placement, domain reputation, and email warm-up.
- Technical experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS configurations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot spam, deliverability, and low-performing outbound campaigns.
- Strong cold email copywriting and messaging skills.
- Experience analyzing campaign metrics and performance data.
- Experience communicating directly with clients and managing multiple accounts.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Technical understanding of APIs, workflows, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign performance and monitor health across multiple client accounts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot deliverability issues, spam placement, and domain reputation problems.
- Write and refine cold email copy, subject lines, and sequences to optimize conversion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients, leading check-ins and managing expectations.
- QA and launch outbound campaigns, ensuring correct targeting and infrastructure configuration.
- Build and improve SOPs, playbooks, and documentation for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with developers on infrastructure improvements and utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
