Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency account management or project management position.
- Experience delivering, defending, and passing feedback for design and web projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Google Docs and Slack.
- Ability to work at least 4-5 business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Strong consensus-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to take initiative on a variety of account service tasks.
- Interest in design, technology, innovation, and digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of current small- and medium-size client accounts, uncovering business goals and informing tactical planning.
- Support and grow client relationships via regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams.
- Prepare thorough and persuasive emails, SOWs, and other documents to drive client buy-in.
- Negotiate client goals, constraints, and resourcing standards to create detailed project plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation for deals, client relationships, and projects.
- Present work to and take questions from clients, ensuring accurate interpretation of client needs.
