Job Details

Experience in medical economics, including PMPM and utilization analytics.
Deep understanding of shared savings calculations, baseline and trend construction.
Experience with claims-based opportunity assessments and service grouper categories.
Demonstrated ability to build and own internal and external reporting stacks and dashboards.
Ability to collaborate with actuarial and finance teams on modeling and trend analysis.
Interest or experience in developing AI and agentic workflows for claims analytics and reporting automation.
Ability to communicate complex methodology and defend savings estimates to payer counterparts.
Capable of functioning as a hands-on individual contributor in a lean, fast-growing team environment.

Own total cost-of-care analytics across all payer contracts, including PMPM, utilization, and service grouper categories on top of Tuva infrastructure.
Develop shared savings calculations, baseline and trend construction, and member mix and service mix adjustment approaches.
Translate clinical model effectiveness into outputs to drive program improvements and attribute value generation for plan partners.
Lead reporting with payer partners and serve as the analytical counterpart to plan medical economics and actuarial teams.
Build and own the internal and external reporting stack, from payer-facing savings dashboards to internal trend and utilization reports.
Lead medical economics AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases for LLM and agentic workflows in claims analytics and reporting automation.
Support claims-based opportunity assessments for new payer partnerships and serve as the analytical voice in negotiations.
