Job Details

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
Substantial clinical practice experience, with a focus on virtual care or telemedicine.
Previous clinical leadership experience within a telehealth or high-volume virtual care environment.
Hands-on experience building, managing, or auditing a clinical Quality Assurance program.
Demonstrated experience authoring, implementing, and maintaining clinical protocols.
Active medical license in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
Ability to complete NCQA credentialing and standardized background checks.
Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, and evidence-based care.
Proficiency with data dashboards, cohorts, and clinical performance measures.
Basic proficiency with AI tools and software for healthcare applications.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve clinical protocols for virtual on-demand, urgent, and convenience care.
Translate clinical protocols into logic and workflows for technology platforms.
Lead the clinical Quality Assurance program, utilizing AI-enabled approaches for scalability.
Analyze QA findings to provide feedback and guidance to the clinical network.
Develop frameworks for tracking patient and clinical outcomes and program performance.
Use clinical data and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and guide evidence-based decisions.
Manage clinical patient-safety escalation protocols and oversee active escalations.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and improve clinical tooling and decision support systems.
