Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience within the music industry
- Strong project management, program management, or operations experience
- Experience supporting music partnerships, labels, streaming services, digital music platforms, or related organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, spreadsheets, performance metrics, and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive, high volume operational workflows while maintaining accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across internal teams
- Resourceful and proactive with a strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with high visibility initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and curation of weekly high impact music promotional programming
- Coordinate promotional opportunities in partnership with music focused teams
- Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Track promotional performance and deliver relevant metrics and reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation related to program execution and performance
- Participate in team planning and execution meetings
- Partner with cross functional teams to support music activations, partnership initiatives, and information sharing
- Analyze program data using spreadsheets and other reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline manual processes
- Ensure programs are executed with a high level of operational rigor, accuracy, and consistency
