Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, business systems, or implementation.
- Proven track record of building and owning functional tooling used by others.
- Experience writing and maintaining APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying production databases.
- Experience scripting against third-party APIs.
- Fluent with AI tooling such as Claude.
- Command of the customer lifecycle from deal to revenue recognition.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong discovery skills to understand processes before recommending solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build systems to automate location activation and onboarding processes.
- Develop pipelines to streamline client reporting and billing preparation.
- Stand up reporting tools for revenue and performance forecasting.
- Manage cross-departmental data and system integrations to ensure consistency.
- Own the rollout, training, and documentation of all new system builds.
- Manage intake and prioritization of requests from across the business.
