Requirements
- 5+ years managing business technology, IT operations, or business systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Proven track record creating and running evaluation frameworks for internal tools and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Hands-on experience managing and connecting business applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and billing/contract management systems.
- Demonstrated experience designing automated workflows using APIs, integration platforms, or AI process automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong discipline in evaluating third-party SaaS platforms versus custom engineering effort.
- Ability to partner across departments to build a unified software stack.
Responsibilities
- Vet, onboard, and manage software availability for distributed teams, optimizing license allocation and vendor partnerships.
- Apply a documented evaluation framework to internal tooling requests, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
- Manage integration pathways across CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations stacks to ensure seamless data flow.
- Identify and eliminate workflow friction by deploying AI tools and low-code/no-code automated workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear scope hand-offs for the Technical Product Manager for custom engineering projects.
