Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people-management, including hiring, coaching and developing senior technical professionals.
- 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise companies.
- Deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, adopt and expand strategic technology platforms.
- Proven experience in value engineering, translating complex architectures into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience operating across technical and business dimensions to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, security and Kubernetes (preferred).
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and accelerated computing (preferred).
- Experience designing or supporting machine learning and AI workloads, including training and inference (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Architects.
- Own the technical engagement model for the Enterprise segment in close partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership.
- Set clear priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the team.
- Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Heads of AI/ML, and other senior business leaders.
- Champion the voice of Enterprise customers to provide guidance for the Product and Technology roadmap.
- Establish a culture focused on customer outcomes, technical excellence, and business value.
