Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 9+ years of experience designing, delivering, or managing technology, data, automation, software, or AI solutions.
- Proven experience supporting business development, sales pursuits, proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
- Strong project and engagement management experience across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and financials.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI experimentation, prototyping, or AI-enabled application development.
- Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to review and contribute to application code.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with AI technologies including RAG, APIs, data pipelines, and modern application architectures.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in consulting or another client-service environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI implementation opportunities, from initial qualification and discovery through solution shaping, contracting, delivery, and follow-on planning.
- Partner with account teams and clients to identify new business opportunities, qualify AI use cases, and determine their suitability for rapid prototyping and delivery.
- Develop proposals, statements of work, estimates, presentations, project scopes, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage engagement scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and financial performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including AI engineers, solution architects, designers, data specialists, industry experts, risk professionals, and change specialists.
- Guide the development of AI prototypes and pilots that address real-world business challenges and demonstrate measurable value.
- Review solution architectures and technical deliverables while contributing hands-on to architecture, programming, prototyping, troubleshooting, and solution refinement when required.
