Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
- 6+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years of experience specifically managing managers (not individual contributors) within Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams across multiple timezones.
- Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy.
- Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience teams.
- Strong understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment.
- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework (preferred).
- Prior Figma, design, or development experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and inspire talented, hard-working Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes.
- Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
- Analyze and manage the performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics.
- Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and POCs/trials.
- Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team.
- Leverage customer feedback and outcomes to collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- Participate in regional industry events as a thought leader.
