Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with hands-on ownership of the roadmap and lifecycle for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing or launching SaaS/cloud-based applications (call center platforms, CRM, or clinical ancillary systems).
- Strong command of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, backlog management, and agile delivery.
- Proficiency in backlog grooming, sprint/release planning, and prioritization using tools like Jira.
- Proven ability to translate business and clinical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and workflow improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation and executive updates.
- Comfortable partnering with both technical teams and non-technical clinical/operational stakeholders.
- Healthcare or health IT experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or rapid program expansion preferred.
- Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or other regulated healthcare environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of strategic technology applications, including TalkDesk, Salesforce, and Epic.
- Translate operational, clinical, and growth stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog and roadmap.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and operational impact.
- Lead or co-lead technology application implementations for new PACE center launches, including configuration and user acceptance testing.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including performance management, escalations, and contract oversight.
- Design rollout, onboarding, and training plans in partnership with enablement resources.
- Own change management planning for major releases and workflow redesigns.
