Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with ownership of the product lifecycle for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or launching SaaS/cloud-based applications.
  • Strong command of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and agile delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate business and clinical requirements into clear user stories and workflow improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce documentation and present to executives.
  • Comfort partnering with technical teams like developers and vendors.
  • Experience with Jira or similar agile backlog management tools.
  • Experience with healthcare or health IT environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or rapid program expansion is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or regulated healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio including call/communications, CRM, EHR, and risk adjustment systems.
  • Run discovery sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to validate requirements and scope product features.
  • Partner with internal analysts and external vendors to deliver configuration changes, integrations, and new features.
  • Lead technology application implementations for new PACE center launches, including configuration and go-live support.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including performance tracking and contract oversight.
  • Coordinate with training and enablement teams to design rollout and change management plans.
  • Track adoption and performance metrics to guide product iteration and roadmap prioritization.
