Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or internationally recognized equivalent).
  • Specialization and board certification in Neurology.
  • 6-8 years of experience in the CRO, Pharma, or Biotech industry within a medical monitoring or study physician role.
  • Robust clinical/therapeutic acumen in medical subspecialty.
  • Working knowledge of GCPs and regulatory requirements for clinical development and safety.
  • Experience reviewing or preparing final study reports (CSRs), protocols, and other study documentation.
  • Proven track record in business development support, including proposal and contract review.
  • Experience in pediatric neurology or gene therapy is a significant advantage.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel if required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Global Lead Medical Monitor (GLMM) for assigned pan-regional and/or global trials.
  • Provide therapeutic and protocol-specific training to project teams.
  • Contribute medical input into the design of clinical development programs, study protocols, and research documents.
  • Maintain high competence in assigned projects and therapeutic advances through literature review and internal meetings.
  • Support department revenue targets and assist senior management with directed activities.
  • Participate in business development activities including proposal generation and sponsor meetings.
